Very nice Maureen, thank you for doing such a great Job for all Sask members. We have just come from a most informative workshop and a fabulous time of fellowship. Thanks Bev and Maurice for all your hard work in putting this together for us.
Hi Mary: Just wanted to thank you again for my "little black bag". It is so helpful. Of couse, full of stuff I likely don't need. Have had many lovely comments on it. Sorry to have missed your session, a bit laid up. Waiting for call for surgery to fix a pain in my back. Hugs and Star Love, MJJ.
Thanks for all the infomation. Living out of the Province now I find this is a great way to get news. Keep up the good work!
Very nice site. I think you do an amazing job with it!
Hi! I belong to the OES in BC. Please try to send your updated link out to such places as GGC, etc as all the links that I clicked on gave me saskoes but not the weebly part. It has taken me a long time to find your site. I am travelling to Saskatchewan and wanted to check on meetings.
We visited your Grand chapter Session, as my husband Larry is Grand representative of Saskatchewan in Illinois. Had a good time and met many new friends. In checking your web site, I find many if the Grand Representatives have not been updated since their commission ran out. Would be nice to have the names of the current G.R.'s
Love looking at the pictures from Grand Chapter! Congratulations Maureen on a job well done!
Just a quick peek, to see if a meeting night falls on a visit to Saskatoon and when your Grand Chapter is. Best of Luck. Lana Jones, WM, Zenith Chapter No. 85, Cochrane, Alberta
Hi, The Order of the Eastern Star used to own an apartment building in Saskatoon called Star Court. I bought the building from them in 2006. The Order put on an event where they handed over the keys and many photos were taken. I am trying to locate those photos. If anyone can help me please could you e-mail me. Thank you, Andrea
Hello Saskatchewan- I am Jenna MacGregor from Denver Colorado an your new Grand Representative in Colorado. I just received this appointment last night and am excited to meet all of you during in the next 2 short years. So for now hello from Colorado and cheers.
Hello all in Saskatchewan's Grand Jurisdiction! I was appointed as Grand Rep. in Arkansas to Saskatchewan just yesterday and I am very excited to get better aquainted with all of you.
Looking fwd(with excitement), to attend Gr' Chapter after many years. Living in Calgary now, puts me out of touch.Impressed with your charity as I have an Autistic Grandson.Angels around you and your Officers!
I am looking for information on my grandmother. I distinctly remember watching her get dressed up in her flowing gown and black alaska diamond earrings when she prepared to attend her Eastern Star meetings...... that was in 1963, and I was just a little girl. I've been researching the organization lately, and am considering applying to a local chapter. My father-in-law is a Master Mason(and a Shriner), but I would like to find out about my grandmother, her affiliation, and her work with an organization which she was devoted to for many years. Unfortunately we were separated when I was 8 years old, and she has since passed away. Can you suggest a contact for me? Thank you.
If Arlene Nash could name her grandmother and say where she lived at that time we might be of more help.
I too would like to see the Grand Representatives updated, otherwise the ssite is very helpful with contacts and forms.
Very nice site.
I am the Grand Representative of Saskatchewan in Georgia. I am looking forward to attending your Session in April of next year.
Brother Gerald and I thank all who have attended the Official visits so far. We are looking forward to the Tea at Meota in July and the Pilgrimage to the Peace Garden in August. Have a safe and happy summer.
Thanks for the work you have done on this website. Pictures of Installation, Peace Gardens and Homecoming are great. Keep up the good work! I know you are a busy brother but always seem to find time to do things for someone else - including me.
The webpage looks terrific - you have a wonderful job Bert - keep up the good work!
Whoops! The first note with just the name is a boo boo. Just wanted to compliment our Bert Hilliar for the nice job he's done with this website and to our Worthy Grand's for doing a banner job of representing our Order as they have. Your kindnesses do not go unnoticed. Bye now, see you in N.B. come spring.
Second try but I wanted to congratulate the Web Masters on a job well done. You both have made me very Proud I count you both not only a Sister and Brother, but personal friends.

I'm browsing through your website to learn about you. You're the breadbasket of Canada and I live in the heartland of USA, the farming community. Hopefully, sometime in 2012 and 2013 we will meet and become friends. Hugs to all, June Meikle, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin
I recently attended your wonderful Grand Chapter sessions with my friend, Sister Lyn Haigh, Grand Representative of saskatchewan in Ontario. We had a fabulous time and felt the warth and friendship of every one of the members we met. Special thanks to Bert, for filling in for Gillian and going beyond that to make us feel so welcome. It was a wonderful experience, made even better because it was an OES event ~ one can't beat 'em!

We were graced with a visit from your Sister Janice Stafford, PM, Grand Represaentative of Virginia, and her husband, Brother Rodney Stafford, AGP, during our session. I am looking to pass along greetings to Anne Bruce PGM to thank her for the lovely tribute given to my Mother Charlotte Curry at your last session. A copy of it was passed along with Christmas greetings from an old friend of hers. She has been gone along time and it touched my heart to know so many of her dear friends still think of her. She so loved her time in Eastern Star and met so many wonderful friends along the way. Also please say hi to Keith Bird. You may share my email with Anne and Keith.
As an aside I again would like to thank you for your support to ESTARAL. The Alberta Grand Lodge gave scholarships to both of our sons 3 times. Our eldest is an Addictions counselor working with teenagers and our youngest a Youth Pastor at a camp in BC. Your good works pass along to the next generations.
I note with pleasure the names of many members with whom I am/was acquainted.
My wife and I were members of the now defunct OES Chapter named "Centennial" in Victoria BC, in the 1960's.
Our son and I are active blue lodge, and Scottish Rite masons as well as Shriners.
Thank you for checking out our website and telling us a bit about yourselves. We would love to have you visit our jurisdiction and one of our Grand Chapters. Be sure to check out the dates and one day maybe we will have the opportunity to meet you. Yes, many of our people now reside in BC and visa versa!!!
Great job Bev.....very informative and enjoyable.
I,m so proud of you Maureen. Great lady
Love your web site! Lots of information! Best of all you had an address for me to mail a letter of condolence of to you Grand Secretary.
Does anyone make an Izzy doll for charity? I would love to purchase one since my 8 year old Granddaughter is Izzy too!
We don't sell Izzys as they are donated but easy enough to make following the attached patterns on the site, if you can find a knitter. We do appreciate your comments and perusal of the site! Star Love!
My daughter is moving to Yorkton in January and we both are members of Bow Valley Chapter #5 Calgary, AB. I hop on one of my visits that I am able to attend one of your meetings.
